Hello lovelies! Happy Wednesday!

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words and each week you answer the following three questions:

What are you currently reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

What are you planning on reading next?

It’s been almost a month since I posted for this but I’m excited to be back and I hope I can keep posting for this each week going forward!

What are you currently reading?

Right now I’m currently reading Green River, Running Red by Ann Rule. I wasn’t planning on reading this one this month, or rather, I hadn’t planned on continuing it this month, but I’m very much a mood reader and am in the mood for some true crime right now.

This has been a particularly interesting read for me, having lived in Seattle for a while and having been a young child when he was finally caught. I have a very distinct memory of driving with my parents to go out to dinner one night. And during the ride to the restaurant a news report came over the radio about the GRK. And being all of 5 or 6 years old I thought they were talking about a murderer in my home town, as it too had a Green River. Needless to say I was scared out of my mind but I never once asked my parents about it. It was only once we moved to Washington that I realized the killer was in Washington and not Colorado.

I still have about 100 pages to go in this one but I hope to finish it this week.

What did you recently finish reading?

Recently I finished Conventionally Yours by Annabeth Albert.

This was a super cute read and I really enjoyed it. It’s perfect for summer and for Pride month! You can check out my short but sweet review here!

What do you. plan on reading next?

Up next I plan on reading my next NetGalley arc: The Court of Miracles by Kester Grant.

I should have already finished this one by now but it’s been a rough month and I haven’t gotten much reading done so far. But I’m trying to get back on track this week and stay on track for the rest of the summer.

So that’s what’s going on in my reading life. How is your reading going this month?
